Hospitality Welcome Packet.

Purpose:

This welcome packet was designed to enhance the guest experience for visitors staying in the cottage attached to the event space. It serves as a comprehensive guide, providing:

Essential stay guidelines for a smooth and enjoyable visit
Local recommendations, including nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational activities
Emergency information, such as nearby hospitals, medical facilities, and essential contacts

The goal was to ensure that every guest felt comfortable, well-informed, and fully immersed in a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Design Brief:

I was responsible for the layout design, visual tone, copy organization, and overall brand consistency of this guest booklet which what created to align with the event space’s visual identity and offer a professional, welcoming experience.

The design needed to be:

Visually consistent with the venue’s branding for a polished, cohesive look
Clear and user-friendly, helping guests easily navigate important information
Flexible in format, as the client was undecided between single- or double-sided printing

To address this, I developed a layout that maintained visual balance and readability in either format—ensuring the final piece would look intentional and inviting no matter how it was produced.
